Our mission
Most organisations have loads of procedures, work-instructions, how-to's and self-help papers that have been written down in bulky documents that nobody loves to read. Most people still prefer to "ask the expert" rather than to grind through all the pages.
Secondly, these documents do not have an user feedback loop and -as a result- get outdated by lack of continuous improvement.
